Building off a love of literature (and a coy flirtation with philosophy), my career has spanned the journalism, publishing, and tech startup worlds.
I’ve worked with startups in both early-stage and high-growth phases as a community manager, copywriter, and director of content and customer service. I define process for community management, customer service, and editorial teams, create copy for full-cycle campaigns and sales (sell sheets, banners, packaging, product descriptions, brand statements, personal endorsements, and more), maintain content calendars (spanning blog, Twitter, Facebook, and proprietary platforms), and create editorial style guides and handbooks.
On the journalism front, I cover New York City lifestyle via artist interviews, event coverage, restaurant and theater reviews, and (hopefully thought provoking) musings.
